Etsy Rainbows has partnered up with new design blog Design Swag to bring Etsy users a great way to get featured free here on Etsy Rainbows! All you have to do is share their posts, or direct website link
(has that hypen in there!) a total of FIVE shares, and for saying THANKS we will feature an item from your Etsy shop on this blog!
How to Share:
They have easy share buttons under each post on their blog. This is the easiest way to connect a post to your twitter, facebook, pinterest, etc. If not, you can pretty much share to any site you can think of
you get the picture right?
Oh, and you can “Plus One” their site which they will count as a share via Google.
This can be their main link
or any of the pages or posts from that site. If you don’t want to use their share buttons, and say you like the post about the red Kee-Lox typewriter pin, you could cut and past the html you see in the browser
would be the link to that article.
HOW TO TELL US YOU HAVE DONE SO You would simply do this and send me your proof to me at RetroChalet on Etsy. You can just say “here’s my pinterest” or “here’s my twitter” or if you are really tech saavy copy the URL’s for me. Your twitter status or facebook shares can be copied by clicking on the time or date you posted. Then I would feature your work. Links link direct to your shop.
Terms and Conditions: Offer open to worldwide Etsy shop owners. I get to pick the items I want to feature from your shop. There is no limit to the amount of times you may do this, however I reserve the right to spread out your features . So if you shared their link twenty times, I would owe you four different features but I would spread them out so it helps you more. Sometimes the links are coded “nofollow” which is just search engine talk, they still link direct to your shop and are still “credible” links. They will help you get residual traffic to your shop or item down the road by visitors of Etsy Rainbows If you are looking for a “dofollow” link only for adding backlinks and optimization, you must see the paid section on the “Get Featured” page.
